We transform training into an enduring experience because it is based on the core behavioral styles, attitudes and values of the participants.
Our method is simple:
- We learn what your goals are for the training.
- We study your workplace in order to understand your company and the issues youre facing.
- We set up an on-line administered profile.
- We tabulate the results of the profiles, analyze the data and distribute the results to every participant.
- We create customized training sessions based on the results of the profiles, and your companys goals.
- We develop a follow-up training plan for the succeeding weeks and months, including one-on-one coaching, individual assignments, review sessions and periodic consultation on progress and goals.
Experience has shown us that most people who participate in our training seminars are curious to see how the profiles will be used. Because every participant gets his or her own profile results prior to the training, the language of the profiles is already familiar. Many have even spent time talking to co-workers in the language of the profiles, testing it out, having fun with it. They are almost uniformly prepared to learn, because the profiles have already created the conditions. Thats a powerful learning tool.
