Our discipline in execution includes a plan of Executive Coaching for the business owner, to keep them focused on the plan and motivated to lead their team through the implementation. This is critical because people go in the direction leadership is walking, not pointing.

And we provide Implementation Coaching for the management team which includes a series of regular, on-going sessions to bring accountability and monitoring to the process.
