Unless training is tied into a person’s sense of self, and of his or her own unique abilities and talents, it is a mere exercise. Our training invests every participant personally in the learning process through the use of indiviudal assessments that are incorporated into the learning. We transform training into an enduring experience because it is based on the core behavioral styles, attitudes and values of the participants.
All learning experiences are tailored to the defined goals and objectives of the organization and focus on the specific skills, behaviors, and capabilities required of participants.
Our method is simple:
1. We learn what your goals are for the training.
2. We study your workplace in order to understand your company and the issues you’re facing.
3. We set up an on-line assessment related to the learning objectives of the training.
4. We create a customized training agenda based on the results of the assessments, your company’s goals and the needs of the individuals.
5. We develop a follow-up training plan for the succeeding weeks and months, including one-on-one coaching, individual assignments, review sessions and periodic consultation on progress and goals.
